  • Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
    Yes, we do! We offer a variety of gift-wrapping options for our personalized gifts to make them even more special. You can choose from a range of gift wrap designs and add a personalized message to your gift tag. Simply select the gift-wrapping option at checkout and we will take care of the rest.
  • How long does it take to receive personalized gifts from Reyes Ink?
    The delivery time for personalized gifts will depend on the item you have selected and the customization requirements. Typically, our personalized gifts take between 5-7 business days to be produced and delivered. However, if you require your gift to be delivered sooner, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Can I return or exchange a personalized gift?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized gifts as they are made to order and cannot be resold. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your gift or it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you can! Once your personalized gift has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your delivery and see when it will arrive. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Once your design and order is complete, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
