We offer a range of shipping methods to meet your needs and budget, and our packaging is designed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $13.99 for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. Please note that personalized items may take longer to ship as they require additional time for processing. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Reyes Ink. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your personalized gift, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy on certain products only. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will discuss options, and if approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for possibly exchanging your item. Items must be in original packaging and unworn. Items will be checked upon return before shipping out a new item. No refunds on any items. No exceptions. Please note that personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
